Disconnected when trying to log in

Playing retail - the loader goes to around 70% then it disconnects. Doesn’t matter which character I play on.

Greetings Arkolias

When it comes to login issues in World of Warcraft I would recommend that you follow the below steps as they solve most connection problems in the game:

Hello,

I seem to be suffering from the same issue. It began at the same time as the 15 year anniversary began. I’ve tried making a ticket for the last 5 days but it keeps telling me there’s a “technical error”. I’ve tried all of the things that you linked to Nilliarix, I’ve also tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, and the old WoTLK solution of removing the cache and interface files. What else is there to do?

Exactly the same problem here.

For those who have tried resetting the UI and still get stuck on a loading screen, please respond to this thread with your system files as there seems to be something blocking the connection. Once you have the files generated, use a website like Pastebin to copy them into and then provide the link.

Use the </> symbol when typing your response to provide the link for your files

Hey, thanks for your return! i am sharing my system files as you want:

i am sorry about the text format i couldn’t make it ^^

same here 10char

No problems on the text format and sorry for taking so long to get back to you. If you are still having problems, you may want to disable the program called Lightingservice.exe. This has been known to cause some performance problems and it also seems to be crashing alot on your PC.

If that doesnt change anything then try the following:

  • Update the Logitech Gaming Software you have installed to the latest version
  • Disable the overlays from the Corsair ICUE software you have
  • Disable the MSI Gaming App
  • Disable the Corsair Utility Engine (while this may affect any custom fan speed or PSU settings you have, it should only revert the settings back to default. Please consult Corsair should you have any concerns about this program)

Hope that helps ^^

Thank you for your advice, I will try these steps.
Also thanks for your interest and helpfulness. I wish you a good day
