Disconnecting from Soulseeker realm

Hi,
i have problem from this mornign after new patch and maintance on soulseeker realm…other realms on aniversary classic works fine low lattency and no issue , but when i try play on soulseeker that server kicking me out with WOW51900319 ,but problem isnt my internet my connection is fine , low lattency ,i did everything i could find on internet to fix it and nothing help, gms in ticket wrote me over and over same thing again when i told them several times , problem cant be on my side, i did twice reinstallwith clearing registers and other things like clean dns or set to it some values or scan and repair files , seriously evething what i could find on internet to fix this problem and nothing works and problem is only on Soulseeker server after new patch and im frustrated because gms wrote same sh*t again and again when i told them i did that already before wrote ticket. DO you know where problem could be? because for me seems when i tried connect to that server it kick my account like 15-30s after connection and my internet cant be problem because i was able login before this patch and play with lattency between 300-6000ms when my internet had problems but server didint kick me only had delay 1-5s , but my internet fine all updates latest and no other server or game have this issue…please help because gms probably dont know what to do…thanks

Been getting the 51900319 error for three days now, I just cant play, and I’m paying to play this game for gods sake. Was fine last week and the weekend. The fact that they are silent feels like just being ripped off. I’ve tried everything you have, but still disconnects. Sickening attitude from this compamy

Dude its blizzard issue server/account/char/guild releated…xD told them several times and gms mostly said its my problem xD when only problem is with this account on this server…tried everything on my side to fix it nothing wrong at my side…its not first time when ppl getting dcing with bad error from server after patch due chat or channels or guild releated problems…ofc they dont do what i asked to kick my characters from channels and guild…im surely problem isnt in world channel and layer…because was able play on fresh char and my warrior when joinned in these channels…low ping…nothing wrong…but when join to guild or channel or relog when joinned to these channel ofc getting autokick from server…so how could be problem on my side with network or pc when i use different account on this realm nothing bad on any others…try log my issue account to another devices and networks and problem is still same and just with this account…xD here link from today morning where i change nothing on my side becuase problem not on my side…i hope they fix it for you…i going with dad to doctor and should be back in two hours…if problem still be same im done with this company and windows forever…remove * from link cant post active links which on releated to blizzard webpages …

I cant log into the 20th Anniversary servers, or if I do I get kicked out in 10 - 15 seconds. I have also have been having this problem for more than a week now.
However I can log into the SOD servers with no problem and stay logged on in there for as long as I want.
I have reset UI, restarted computer, deleted WTF, Cache and Interface folder. i can tell that it is not from my end because i have been playing fine with no problem for a while now.
I have also realized that other people are complaining about this ever since the recent update but the tech support team has not issued a statement on whether they have identified the problem or are working on it.
This is really frustrating because I just paid for my sub and was trying to get to 60 on the hardcore 20th anniversary.

Please blizzard respond with a statement or something.

Same here, since update last week i cant play without getting dced, i have tried EVERYTHING possible, delete WTF/Cache/interface uninstalle addons, uninstalle the game. Nothing works anoying i cant to anything. Cant go to dungeon only thing i cant do is killing winterfall furbolg AND i still get DC while doing so… Blizz need to fix that ASAP. cant play in those condition anymore

I moved some posts around since it looks like recent reports were also specific to the Soulseeker realm.

This issue is currently believed to be the same root cause that’s being discussed and investigated for the US realm Doomhowl here:

Please keep an eye on that thread for updates, though if we hear anything specific to EU or Soulseeker we’ll let you know here as well.

Not trying to be annoying, but I’m having the same disconnect issues on retail (EU Silvermoon). I know I already left a comment in the post that you merged with this one, just wanted to add the server name. ;-;

Guys so funny they dont fix that issue on their side yet xD when see on forum more and more ppl having same problem xD i told them week ago…you getting autokicking by server when your characters are join to chat channels like layer,lfg or open guild tab…xD nothing else make this problem…if you getting dced by WOW51900319 and you tried all troubleshooting…problem is on server and your account…these no problem on your side…xD new char should work for you on that server you getting dcing…because if you dont open guild tab or /join lfg , or layer your fresh character will be playable without any dcing or lagging with low ping because problem not on your side xD i hope you all now understand why i deleting my account after playing 20 years of WoW because horrible game support which solve 0 problems but telling you over and over problem is on your side…xD but if problem will be on your side ,you wont have problem on one server or certains chars…but problem will be on whole game or other games too if problem will be your connection xD

According to the US forums, they may have fixed it (at least for their specific realm) … might be worth checking?

While this is a generic error for when you’re disconnected from the game (we do have a troubleshooting page for it, as you probably saw), we did acknowledge this issue last week, and our engineers have been working on a solution.

The solution was first tested on a PTR realm, to make sure it worked, and didn’t cause any other problem for players. This fix has been applied to normal servers last evening.

For more information, please do follow the thread that Tyrskorn, Poisonenvy or myself posted. You can of course post here if the issue persists.

No thanks…i done with your company and horrible game support…im deleting all my accounts and never play Blizzard games or Windows games anymore…after repeating for 72 hours problem is only on my side…no thanks rather stop playing games at all then read AI replies on tickets and not admitting problem on your side and repeating same sh*t over and over again…

PS: dont forgot suspended my deleting account on forum again because you dont like what ppl wrote about your company…xD

Good for you…xD i dont really care anymore and cant even try if they fix it after week ,because all my accounts deleting… =) 72hours of AI repeating respondes was enough for me…mostly when telling all the time problem on my side…when told them its specific only on one account and certains chars…which join to chat channels like lfg/layer (world channel dont make this autokicking) or opening guild tab…if you done one of these you get autokicked by server with wrong error…and they repeat you all the time same…you have problem with internet…problem is on your side…xD when tried it on several devices and networks and still problem bounded only for this account…so i delete after this last drop from customer support …so deleting all my 18 accounts where is almost 9,5years game time irl on all chars…xD i hope other will fix problem as me by theirself just stop supporting this trash company…
