Disconnects when entering a new zone/shard/instance

Hello, I have been getting frequent disconnects while entering arenas/hearthing/entering new zones etc. Or getting the message "Transfer aborted: Instance not found.

I’ve talked to my ISP and bought a new router, everything on my and their end is fine.

I did a pingplotter test and got the results stating that the problem lies here within the connection:

137.221.79.33
137.221.65.91 Especially this one.
137.221.78.73
137.221.66.45

These 4 ip’s are the problem and is causing the disconnects while trying to connect to new shards/instances. They are all Blizzard owned according to IP Location Finder.

Hi, you replied to my other post and I have been having this problem for weeks making the game unplayable and have tried every test that they suggested with no improvement. Hope you have some luck and please let me know if you solve it.

Hi, I got to speak to a very knowledgeable GM today whom helped me. He could not fix the problem since the problem does not lie with them but he (as i posted in the OP) confirmed that those ip’s are at fault and told me to call my ISP and see if they could help rerouting my connection.

So I called today and explained everything and told them the IP’s affected and they will have technicians reroute my connection on monday/tuesday.

I recommend installing Pingplotter (free for like 14 days). Run a test to blizzards I: 185.60.112.158.

Let it run for 8 minutes and see what IP’s gets a red bar in them and has Packetloss.

Thanks for the information. I have also tried to play Elder Scrolls Online and that isn’t working either so will contact my ISP. Hope you get it all sorted.

Contacted my ISP who told me they could open ports for a charge but sent me information on how to do it myself. I added all of WOW’s ports to my hub but when I run openport checker it says they aren’t open. If you get yours working can you let me know what the ISP did as I don’t want to pay them if they can’t do any more than I did. Thanks

Hello, did you try using the program pingplotter? It might not be the ports.

Hi, yes I did and it was one IP that was bringing up a red line. When I told my ISP that I had the number they didn’t seem to want to know that and all they wanted to know was what ports they needed to open. Now I have no idea what to do.

That’s annoying, having an ISP like that, sometimes it helps to call again and try and talk to someone else, it could be worth a try.

Mine isnt fixed yet either, super annoying!
