I’ve opened two tickets about this issue (EU99728603). My character Theodr on the Sulfuron server is constantly getting dismounted.
As soon as I mount up, I get dismounted after 1 to 5 seconds, even though I’m not touching anything on my keyboard or mouse.
I followed the Game Masters’ instructions from this link: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549, and I have done the following:
- Removed all addons
- Reset all key bindings to default
- Renamed the folders by adding “Old” to them (WTF, Interface, Cache)
This issue only affects this one character, and it started happening while I was leveling in Wintergarde Keep in Northrend (I’m currently level 73 on Cata Classic).
I even tried installing the game on a different PC, and the problem persists.
It’s unplayable, as I can’t even use ground or flying mounts, which makes it impossible to progress.
I worked hard to level this character all the way to 73, and I would really appreciate some help.
The Game Masters asked me to report this as a bug and to post here in hopes of finding a solution.
