Yesterday i was playing my rogue ( before the prepatch ) and had 2 daggers equipped and Dispatch ability worked fine, now today i logged in to level my rogue a bit and it does not work anymore. I have 2 daggers and it says that daggers dont count as one handed melee weapon for some reason.
Is this a bug or has this changed with the pre patch?
EDIT:
I had to equip a sword in main hand for certain abilities to work on BETA.

same issue here :(
18/07/2018 22:02Posted by Bamboozler"Requires One-Handed Melee Weapon", says the tool-tip when two daggers are equipped. Works fine when I re-equipped my Dreadblades, and strangely worked when I equipped that most Rogue-like of weapons (ahem), the Venerable Mass Of McGowan.
A slow one handed weapon, sounds right for Outlaw.

Blizzard settled on a mechanic where you have to use a specific weapon for key abilities to work.
There's three categories.
Two-handed weapons
One-handed weapons
daggers
Each category has been normalised and they share the same swing speed. The longer the swing speed the higher the damage, or bonus AP, a weapon has. Abilities are tuned to weapon swing so some are locked to a specific type of weapon.
One-handed swords and one-handed maces are in the same category.

The bug was you were allowed to do it in the first place.

Same thing noticed here. And just after spending cash to upgrade the daggers for a Rogue alt.
