Dispersion is bugged

dispersion seems to be bugged since there have been documented instances where it does not reduce dot dmg if the dot was applied before dispersion. Please fix. #multidollarcompany

Mind Flay is also bugged, I’m not sure if it’s just a visual bug or it actually affects stats but the channeling stops at about 15% and 45% when affected by bloodlust.

It’s visual. They fixed Snareflay/Trollflay as people call it. In the process broke the GUI for Mindflay and Arcane missiles. So even if you have 50% haste it will show you 3 sec channel but cancel it at 1.5 sec left cause it’s done it’s 3 ticks. Display bug.

what kind of dots are we talking about?

RIP Snare Flay/Troll Flay/Zabra Flay

Now Zabra has to accept being behind warlocks and rogues in fights.

There have been multiple instances, I guess only lord knows the whole list

Some dots ignore damage taken modifiers, the ones that are proc from % of damage like ignore, righteous vengeance and similar.

I think there have been instances of many other than just proc dots.

Also where are you getting this info that proc dots should not get reduced? Should this also apply to other dmg reducing auras such as defensive stance, shield wall, divine sacrifice etc?

It does apply to all damage taken increase/decrease effects. DOTs that are calculated from %of a another ability have fixed damage since they are already reduced once in the initial ability. This is to prevent double dripping.

Hmm so I guess fire mages with ignite procs from pyro could do some srs dmg in some arena brackets
