I am flying around for more then an hour doing something I HATE TO THE CORE and has NOTHING to do with professions.
Might as well increase the KP on weeklys or patron order quests.
Why do I have to fly around doing those. I mean if the dropchance was any good sure but DAMN I flew for bloody an hour to get it done.
Can we please have this nonsense looked into. I want to get KP by doing profession stuff not fly around like a lost bug without a purpose.
I hate those disturbed earth things. Most of the time the purple outline does not work and just glitters and I have to fiddle with graphics to somehow hope they show. Yes black ink potion but the outline just not always work and I have a GTX 4070 card which is well … not “old” and my drivers are always up to date.
If you agree just reply on this post and maybe… maybe somebody might actually look at it.
Thnx
know what. I am doing to do some dungeons and actually play the game and have some fun. CBA with this. Not like you can catch up anyway with some professions like BS which I need to be rich to level it.
Don’t bother if it’s that bad for you. I have all professions on my characters and tried it once, then decided it wasn’t worth the effort. I don’t pay more than 300 gold for a single KP or 500 gold for a double KP—this is also why I don’t buy treaties. I concluded that searching for disturbed earth is “too expensive” for me as well (in terms of being more of a hassle than fun).
I only do it occasionally with my enchanter, because for that profession, it actually enables catching up—at least that’s been my experience. But I only do it once I have collected about two containers full with items for enchanting.
I’m not as sure about mining and herbalism. I initially understood they each required finding two disturbed earth spots each, but I still seemed to find those catch up materials occasionally. Ultimately, though, I gave up on gathering—it was only enjoyable for me while leveling.
It’s not that bad, usually it takes 5-10 minutes but I frequently skip it weekly. And it costs nothing (compared to the work orders). Moreover you often find something expensive such as an ingot or tinderbox.
