Divine Star not generating insanity

I found out that Divine Star is not generating insanity. Could we get a confirmation on this?

Yeah you can’t use it before combat anymore to stack some insanity in advance sadly

I get it now, you can’t even start combat with DS. It’s weird that it doesn’t work with training dummies at all.
