Dizzying Haze - Please give it back

Ever since the removal of Ox Statue/Dizzly Haze. BRM is not the same to me anymore. Previously I had fun with it, it gave me momentum, how many packs I can pull with so many ways. BRM was the fast pace tank, it had the mobility and it had so many ways to pull the mobs. Using Dizzying Haze always gave some satisfaction. It fit the BRM theme.
