Will it stack? Both Death Knight and Maghar Orc have passives that increase mounted speed. It will either be fun race-class combination OR worst race-class combination in game 
Highly doubt it since the orc stun reduction racial doesn’t stack with Relentlessness, so i think they’ll take the same approach.
