Dk general & Unholy trees feedback

Talents look okay, still need tweeks.

Firstly the good

  • Festermight - yes, great mechanic nice to see it back, added a fun interaction.

  • Some additional CC is nice in base tree.

  • some emphasis on applying dots for more thab damage is good.

Changes:

Wounds is an issue, need to be able to generate more especially multi target to stop mechanics of the class being Ignored.

  • make infected claws baseline, that way single target you get wounds, multi target wounds too to ignore a mechanic less in mukti target.

  • Rune regen spells still sit too deep into trees that sacrifice too much to get them.

  • Crimson scourge could be available for all specs (helps with above)

  • Necrotic wounds needs to be there somewhere, swap clawing shadows up to scourge strike (baseline this spell) and put necrotic wound there and link in heal returns as it is now, its useful. A must for pvp.

  • make veteran of third war provide a passive physcal damage reduction or improve armor.

Oh and in general tree, your unholy side to the tree is not only not really unholy, its also almost completely useless compared to the other sides.
Not remotely interesting or fun or useful.

With army of dead make it a toggle for abomination as a choice and make abom able to grip again abd beef him up, when he is out i want it scary for the opponent.

Consider:

So some synergies.

  • make festering strike also work in DnD for adding wounds to multiple targets.

  • change fester strike adding extra wounds 1/2/3 from the main target to - adds 1/2 wounds to a nearby targets without wounds then stacks on next one with lowest wounds.
    Lower point by one

  • both would then synergise with AOE wound building and solve wound starving in AOE without massively upsetting ST.

Then it also works with Death coil procs popping wounds on 2 targets with that talent.

If you want to keep wounds then give us the tools to spread some wounds more easily!

Finally:

I feel it needs some tweeks to inject some flavour, literally not a single new spell in there, and soul reaper needs to not be a capstone spell.

Too many talent points wasted to get a toolkit, i think the most of any class so far, it absorbs space and points that could be used to bring new spells and flavour.
