I have both Glyph of Horn of Winter and Glyph of Anti-Magic Shell slotted and neither work. I am supposed to get two more seconds on Anti-Magic Shell and 1 more minute on Horn of Winter, but neither glyph is doing anything.
Edit: So a couple of relogs later and both are now working, but there is clearly an intermittent problem that needs to be looked at.
