The dk starting zone “how to in friends and influence enemies” needs to be fixed. i lost half an hour autoatacking mobs for a confession. its been so many years and i see so many complaints and no fixes. com on blizzard… do you damn job
It’s not rocket science… read the quest text and it is pretty obvious. I figured it out as a complete new player who rolled DK the moment I could.
Well, there’s a hint for you, actually. Don’t know what to do? Read the quest text. Still too difficult? Google it. If you have a problem with a quest, someone else’s had it before you, and wowhead comments will probably reveal why.

Yupp, reading quest text shoud be basic thing if you dont understand something, and then wowhead 
When I started the game I was lost too with some quests, but slowly I learned what to do 
Actually as far as I know the quest is bugged (at least partially).
If you start the quest as a frost DK you get two 1 handed swords, otherwise you get a 2 handed sword.
Now this is based on my own personal experience and comments I’ve seen on wowhead:
The 1H version works fine and gets the quest done pretty quick.
The 2H version is bugged and has an extremely low proc chance for a successful interrogation. Meaning most procs will be duds where the mob will laugh at you or tell you to keep trying. And so it takes dozens of NPCs to actually get the quest done.
@papudeth and @firedk you both seem to not understand what i was complaining about. Read and give appropiate feedkback or dont give one at all
What i was saying is the quest takes a lot of time. still dont see it?

Its like you need to break their will.
Some of them will never tell you the answer you want, thats not ridiculous. In my whole 5 years, never had like more than 10 minutes on that quest.
And if you are that unlucky, then run to Blizzard crying.
Just because it never happened to you doesn’t mean it’s not an issue. If the two of us aren’t proof enough you can go to wowhead and check the comment section on the quest’s page.
Generally your negative attitude is unneeded, if you can’t say something constructive then just don’t comment.
Why is that negative?
This quest is about breaking the will of the “faction” who hates undead the most.
Yeah it can take long, but if people complain more maybe they will change it. But they dont realy focus on old zones.
