What I’m worrying about is how unbalanced TWW is going to launch. Judging by the amount of bugs at the moment, I can only imagine when we get access to the full expansion it’s going to be caked in even more bugs.
Hopefully it doesn’t take months for them to fix it.

That spell store a part of the dam from the dot then release it with remorsless winter, so he prob used it on low lvl monsters before to store big dam. Most of Rextroy one shot video use this kind of tech

nerf their proc stun (Dead of Winter) so it can only proc once per target and make it dispellable, they have way too much cc
also increase Remorseless Winter CD even more when Dead of Winter is talented (it used to be 45 sec cooldown instead of 30 sec 
)
