ok… i played bg with my holy pala, and i saw on the list (DK, idk spec) with 5 kills’ 32 hk and 33M dmg and 66M heals… so… he had more heals than all healers together i mean wth??
and he had quite good dmg as well, and now i see that all dk players are QQing for more buffs? i am playing wow for many years, and i never experienced something like this, maybe this is now new normal? idk, i dont play DK’s but you cannot tell, that is normal for dps class, to have more a lot of more heals(selfheals) than healer
How are we meant to know how its possible? You’ve given us nothing to work with. It’s not even a given they were a dps (could have been a self healing blood dk?)
You’ve “been playing wow for many years” but can’t even figure out what spec the fella was. Any details screenie of the healing done?

It was probably a Blood DK (tank) in a random BG. 5 killing blows is very little. He just healed back the damage that was dealt to him, just like in PvE. It’s usually not very fruitful to try and kill a tank in a random BG with just a couple of dps.
DKs are asking mostly for buffs for Frost DK or, really, a complete rework of the spec. Unholy is also unwieldly to play. Blood DK is largely in a good place, except in very high keys (due to how their mitigation works).

Yeah like others have mentioned that is 100% a blood DK.
Blood. (Tank spec). Long been a meme about Blood DK’s being able to tell healers to take a nap. Death Strike ftw.
I suspect that the self-healing will be one of the main focus of their incoming “rework”.

I suggest its blood, i have a screen, its ok…on blizzcon they announce buffs for healers and tanks, but for me is unfair for a tank, to have so much selfhealing and good dps, i had a problem in arenas as well, with blood dk’s and DH, 2 vs 1 and they overheal(selfheal) all burst from two dps, and they hit like no tomorow 
I think, balance with tanks are screwed, ok let them have good selfheal, but lower a dmg then… You know what i mean.
Was probabbly a Blood DK annoying people at objectives.
Yeah I saw it few times already, then Blood DK made TWICE more heal than any healer on BG.
It feels really ugly, when you playing actual healer (not that paladin, I have priest), but some tank just over-performing you like a puppy.
Maybe one day that outdated forum will support pictures inserting without links, so…
But probably will be abandoned sooner.
