maybe it’s been always like this, but it’s normal that the Darmoon Faire buff does not stack with Hallow’s End?
Can’t say if it won’t work for EXP rewards such as quest, mobs or random dungeon, but the reputation buff clearly is not stacking.
I’ve had 4 buffs active while playing, the 10% for the 20th anniversary, 10% for Celebrate Good Fun!, 10% from the Wicked Man (Hallow’s End) and 10% from WHEE! (Darkmoon Faire)
I just did a bunch of quests for reputation and the reward is boosted to 30% and not 40%.
Lemme give you some example:
- Rollin’ Down in the Deeps (rewards 1000 base reputation) gave me 1300, not 1400;
- Spreading the Light (rewards 1000 base rep) gave me 1300, not 1400;
- Generic World Quest (rewards 50 base rep) gave me 65, not 70;
- Rare mobs killing (rewards 150 base rep) gave me 195, not 210;
- Hallowfall Weeklies Quest from lesser keyflames (the ones that becomes active once you light up a lesser keyflame, rewards 200 base rep) gave me 260, not 280.
So on and so forth.
So in conclusion, is this intended? Are the buffs from the Holidays events never meant to stack to with DMF? Or I am missing something and it’s not working?

(Quick Edit) I just tried doing a WQ with an Alt and that didn’t have the “Celebrate Good Fun!” buff but had both DMF and Hallow’s End (30% boost in total with anniversary) and with a base rep reward of 50 I received 60 rep instead of 65 (so a buff of 20% instead of 30%).
