As the title says, do they ever fix bugs? Especially bugs that have been going on for some time like the molten front rares that haven’t been spawning for over a year now.
I’ve checked this place on my hunter that had tamed the rares here a few years back, to see if it was just my new hunter that couldn’t see them. Nope, my hunter who completed all the dailies and got the mount couldn’t see them either after camping for a few days, nothing, not even other players.
Anzu, a boss that was supposed to be tamable in a recent patch update, turns out you still can’t tame that either. Beast lore says you can, blizz said you could, but Anzu just ain’t listening.
These are just two examples of bugs I and many others have been sending off bugs reports to blizzard for over a year and nothing gets done about it. I understand they are old content but what is the point of reporting these bugs if they don’t get a look in?
Short answer is yes they do fix bugs, unfortunantly sometimes it takes them a while… years even it IS very annoying when you keep reporting bugs and they don’t do anything with it.
As for Anzu, you can’t tame Anzu himself but you have to tame the lookalike in Mount Hyjal iirc.
Only if it favours player. They rarely fix bugs that harm player. beneficial glitches tend to get over night hotfixes. Except when you dh, then it may take whole season.
Cmon guys its just a small indie company its not like we pay a sub to play or anything, or buy the game/expansions, get real brah, stop complaining.

There’s tons of bugs they haven’t fixed for years… the oldest one I can think of is the combat bug, which is typically due to a critter “attacking” you (running away) from God knows where that has an unlimited range never resetting.
Plenty of bugged WQs and Achievements too.
There’s a number of WQ achievements in BfA that are impossible to do due to item scaling, an entire expansion they never bothered to fix it (“vehicle” WQs where mob health scales to ilvl but the damage remains static, so you can’t do those timed achievements).
They deem them bottom tier issues, I.e. will never get fixed.
They tend to prioritize the most current contents bugs, it took them about 2 years to fix the bug Hillsbrad where you help Orkus steal the battle plans. If you didn’t know the workaround the dwarf would never drop the plans no matter how many times you restarted it, it got fixed a while ago but it was hella annoying as it was a crucial questline in Hillsbrac
I believe in some games players started making google docs with excel sheets to list out the bugs, their consequences, work around and status (fixed, somewhat fixed, still there). It kinda twisted the company’s hand a bit since suddenly new and old players could clearly see a whole bunch of issues, instead of things being mentioned willy nilly, far from everything got fixed but suddenly things got fixed a lot faster.
So if that is your kinda deal or you know someone who likes that kinda stuff, go right a head.
