Do Brann's leveling now unlimit?

I remember ago read forums which said Brann’s level stucked as they tried grind for his level. If it was reason TWW started.

Now months later, Brann can now max 60lvl?

Yes, Brann can now be lvl 60 maximum.
And you can only get experience in delves that are Bountiful. So 4 per day (you do not need a Coffer key to get Brann experience).
