Do ele EVER hardcast in arena if they are not the kill target,

i feel like if im the kill target i can mostly dictate the game by positioning and lining the enemy into a bad spot, but if my team mate is the kill target, do i then after im out of my setup and burst window hard cast lava bursts into the enemy ? or ONLY focusing on harashing with CC , ele feels terrible outside proc windows really, so any tips

Well, lavaburst and lightning bolt get buffs on wednesday so that means more consistent dmg. How much that’ll matter though I can’t tell…

Lava Bursts, Hex, Stormkeeper. Other than these no. Definetely we cast more than DF.
