Hello, BFA is now in Discount for 15 Euro. I want to ask, if i gain 110 Boost when i buy BFA Game again on the same Account? Or gain i boost only if i create new Account?

A digital deluxe upgrade from standard BfA will not grant you another boost.
I dont know if i had understand that. If i have Blizzard accout and i log in and buy another BFA for 15 Euros, do i still get boost?
You mean, if you upgrade to Digital Deluxe (for 15 euro) you’ll get a next 110 boost?
I found a support reply about it from older topic.
„No. The boost is included with Battle for Azeroth, regardless of if it is Standard, Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe. Upgrading to Collector’s or Digital Deluxe only adds the CE and DD benefits.”
It means, if you upgrade to DD (for 15 euro) you WON’T get the next 110 boost.
So now i am a little bit confused. Everybody says something different. So if i already have BFA (digital licence) with 110 Boost included and i already upgraded my character to 110, give me buying another BFA Deluxe Edition 110 boost?

I already have BFA, just normal digital version. And the question is, when i buy this 15 USD game, do i gain 110 level boost?

No, you can have only one boost, that comes with an BfA upgrade per account.

You can make a new starter account and upgrade it to BfA, which will get you a boost on your old account as they are Blizzard account wide. You only get one boost per BfA.
BfA is in the sale now.

The way I read what Kiemmaki said above your post, is that they actually closed that “loophole”.
I think hes thinking that he can buy a whole new game for 15 euros.
The thing is that with the BlackFriday sale, you pay 15 euro to upgrade your standard wow to digital, which means you will only get couple of cosmetics like mounts pets etc. If you want to get another boost, i assume you will have to create a new account and buy BFA on it for 34 EUR and this is when you will have 110 boost. I guess its still worth cuz normal boost costs like 60 EUR.

It says nothing like that, I am not talking about upgrading his current BfA but making a brand new Warcraft account in his Blizzard account, Boosts are Blizzard account wide.
You never could get a second boost on the same Warcraft account by buying the Digital Deluxe upgrade. You seem to be mistaking a Warcraft account inside a Blizzard account and a blizzard account.

True, it would require a brand new WoW account within the same Battle.Net Account. I focused on the question if he applying an upgrade to digital deluxe would trigger another boost on the same WoW account.

So just to get it 100% right. I have one Blizzard Account. In the same Blizzard account i have 1 WoW account, which is BFA account, where i already had boosted 1 character to level 110. When i buy this bfa Digital edition for 15 euros, will new WoW account with 110 boost and BFA be created or not?
The digital edition is not €15. Read this over and over again. The digital version is for a new account is usually €45 or so, now probably €35 in the sale, I can’t view the prices in Euros.
€15 is the normal digital to digital deluxe upgrade. In other words, you get a mount, pet and some stuff for the game, you do not get the game again, you do not get another boost.
No. You would need to buy the “Complete Collection” to get a second, brand new WoW account with another boost. The one you’re looking at for that price is an upgrade to a Collectors edition and does not give a second boost.
