Do I rly have to do Legion campaign and class halls campaigs on every class to get their class mounts or is there some reasonable skip?

I did the required achievements, finished all the quests on my DK, but now when I want to do it on my lock, the NPC doesnt offer my starting quest and the wowhead says it should be available after finishing Breaching the Tomb.
My rogue cant finish the follower quest before it finishes all the class hall to do the follower mission. I dont know if lock would get stuck here as well, if got to that point.
So do I rly have to replay the entire campaign for legion and class halls to get these mounts or is this somewhat bugged? This cant be the intended experience, right?

Wait for Legion Remix, is what I would suggest.
And see how that pans out.

I dont know what is it or when is the Legion remix planned, but Im afraid that there is exactly 0 chance of my tolerance for BS allows me to pay/play this piece of questionable software that long.

Gonna be towards the end of next patch most likely.

Remix might fix this for you

Other than that I would say, if you want something from previous xpacs, accept the conditions and work on it. I would prefer Blizzard just focusing on current content to be of a high quality than to dedicate resources to change old xpac progression.

By that I don’t mean already announced warband reputations, would be great if they finish this goal and expand it up to classic reputations over time. This alone is huge for collectors.

Well, my problem is that pointless repeating of campaign is a long gone thing, even in this game. Its pointless, boring, just a fake sense of this game having content and its plaguing the game for many years now. I dont mind doing the class hall campaign (at least its different for each class), but the expansion campaign over and over again? Like how can one justify wasting his time on this and paying for it on top of it? One would expect a bit more from one of the most expensive games out there.

I know, I do it myself too sometimes. I understand DF and now TWW solved these issues nicely. Still it is so much development resources needed to be spent on an old content that this will most likely never happen.

The thing is, the Legion class campaign was designed to occupy one character over the course of months when it was current, not for “I’m going to rush through this on every single class, just for the mounts!”, several expansions down the line.

If you can muster the patience, i’d suggest to wait until remix, everything is faster and easier in remix, and if you’ll be gone by then anyway, why get so worked up over gathering a dozen mounts in the first place?

I guess thats the reason, but still I would expect with all the warband stuff for it to be converted to more reasonable content by now. I guess that housing thing is more important to get the presales going.

Well, I paid this game, because I was desperately bored and wanted to do anything, but it turns out Im not THAT desperate

Don’t.

Maybe they remove class mount pets when remix releases.

Everything is possible, both positive and negative outcome.

In Legion Remix you will probably be able to buy all of them with bronze, just like the MoP mounts last year. I’d wait for that, way more fun than grinding old content now.

Same, did them all.

Will be interesting to see what they offer in Remix.

I assume the Legion reps will be made warband-wide (If they aren’t already, i don’t keep track of it, being a rep-completist on at least my main since Vanilla), but the class hall content is, well, class-specific, it’s the storyline of the entire expansion for one specific character, so i doubt that will be changed much.

And at the risk of being flippant, yes, the next big new thing (And indeed the sales it might generate) is more important to the developers than making stuff from several expansions ago quicker to do.
