Never proven such a thing. Buying goodies with an expansion is not a bad thing , buying a transmog for 20€ is bad for the game because it encourages them selling more.
And hiding goodies behing an upgraded expansion package is still “hiding goodies behind a paywall”

How do you know how someone obtained it? As you can see the majority of people acquired this due to their method of paying for the sub. Are you just going to kick all?

Yeah getting gold has been made harder, but the most important content in game still costs the same 
Why is that bad? I’ll buy their mogs if they are good. Blizzard gets money from me anyway. Did you know that my hunter has paid over €100 in realm transfers and race changes?
I’ll buy a damn mog in their store if I want to and there’s nothing you can do to stop me.

And there was once a time where collectors editions never existed whatsoever. There is always a time for everything. Afaik its still hiding goodies behind a paywall. The difference is that you like the other, while disliking the other despite both being ultimately the same. Making you a hypocrite.
