My mindset is if i can walk normal or can lift up my bag without struggle it wasnt enough! I was once lazy too but the pain omg i love the PAIN

I can be proud of the progress that i made.
2 friends of mine lost 30 and 40 kg.
One of them is becoming a real beefcake.
Both where very overweight since childhood and now they are very fit (we have a chat group to motivate each other)
