I like what i see keeps me motivated, i see what my progress and feel good.
Hope other people find their way to juicyness too.
Doesnāt matter with what kind of sport activity , lifting, CrossFit etc etc.

For me itās the exact oppositeā¦Iām full of hair on my chest, but my beard doesnāt grow full enough. Itās almost full, but misses some spots on my cheeks and chin. Mustache is also non symmetric. I hate it.
I have lots of hair in my head though. They are so thick that it was difficult for me to do a ponytail when I had long hair 20 years ago.

On many parts of my body Iām hairier than my Lebanese buddy.

My mirror image sometimes give me a scare, but also gets me excited a little.
You could just arrange a gym at home for an emergency
(at the cost of less space for food)

My apartment complex has a gym in the basement (emergency gym I call it)
But we only use that for rainy/snowy days and for ā¦eating amsterdam cookies and watching cartoon network
I actually stopped checking my weight because :
I lost over 20 kg last year and reduced my waist a lot.
Today Iām still in the same spot at my belt, but already gained a weight because of the muscle.
I just want to look in shape, little bit daddy like, so i focus arms, shoulders, chest.
Yet i train everything and do cardio, swimming , Cycling, hiking ( i enjoy the most )

Simple things like spinning bike or running outdoor
Clown isnt getting younger. And it helps with the high calorie ādietā

Iāve completely transitioned away from going to the gym. Iām lucky I get my workout at work so Iāve only bought some weights to maintain it during vacations.
Might be more lumberjack bod than bodybuilder but I can live with thatā¦ Doesnāt hurt that Iām hairy as a sasquatch either ^^
