Not sure if the Alliance can redeem Horde players.
There was recently a mass exodus of Horde players to the Alliance. With the burning of Teldrassil Horde players understood that Horde are the bad guys.

Meh its more of a faction thing. Unlocks on account are one thing but cross faction gameplay is another.
Blizzard has made room for the neutral players with cross-faction grouping etc…
