Sad to see this person still around. Last time they were active, they were very clearly trying to guilt and swindle people into purchasing their services by claiming they lost their job over COVID, which is just absolutely insulting to the many people who have actually lost their jobs.
I saw this person earlier. I can’t remember the character name, but it was this morning in SW.
Right now, I am writing up a TRP3 for free… for a friend… cause that is what anyone should do. Why give money to someone to write up a TRP which can take half an hour or less, to do yourself?
Isn’t it about the creativity of writing it up, to come up with ideas as you write the character? Having someone else do it seems just so lazy.

What bothers me more is, if this is who I think it is, they spam /yell to promote their services too.
I whispered asking to at least use trade or general and their response was "No 
" followed by putting me on ignore.

I always write my TRP flags myself and often ask my friends to help me out when I struggle with something. That said you should not overthink this entire affair (something of which I am sadly guilty myself). All you really need to kick a new character concept off and start roleplaying is a name and some basic reference statements all of which can be fit on the first summary page.
Trust me, not everyone is going to be bothered with reading an elaborate 2-page description and comprehensive character backstory in 3 tomes when you bump into them on a busy street for some casual small talk. It’s really not worth spending your money on.

I am always suspicious of people who are peddling that they are in need but are still seemingly paying for a WoW subscription. The same person when I’ve asked previously stated they didn’t have time to farm the gold for a WoW sub (for a long time this is what they wanted the money for). There are a tiny, tiny minority of people on AD that will try their luck and ask for money IRL, I just hope this gets the attention it needs and he or she stops.

Yeah, If you are new to RP getting help is fine, but straight up paying for TRPs is straight up degenerate.

Are we talking real money or gold?
The former is very shady. I’ve written TRP3 descriptions for people before for gold however, you’ll be surprised at the market available for them. Usually people who have English as a second or third language are the ones to ask for them because of the nuances of English being a bit lost on them.
Though if they are trying to grab real money for something like this and run off without providing a finished product it is quite disgusting.
Yeah, real money. If it was gold, I’d find it personally questionable but it’s not someone’s real-life income. Worse yet, as Cynthel mentioned, he’s claiming unemployment and financial hardships due to covid, while still somehow being able to afford a WoW sub. Perhaps several, given that he may have jumped accounts to do this.

they do sill have the Blacklist. but it caused problems and it got hidden, aka making its original use moot.
