Private server an option?
Half of kazzak is filled with Iranian people that seemingly donât have issues playing?
they have
they get dc sometimes while doing keys because vpn
Because there are US sanctions and Blizzard have no choice but to listen to their government?
would you say that if they dont support ur community too ? (LGBT)
Sorry to hear this. But as another poster Said it has probably something to do with the sanctions whichâŠthere has been so many I have no idea which one would apply to this.
Just goes to show that while 70-year old guys in suits play hardball over how to destroy the planet, the rest of us canât even play a freaking video game in peace.
Hope someone hears you!

I have to agree with people here. It sucks that you cannot play, or cannot play reliably through a VPN, but Blizzard has to adhere to government rules and regulations, as any company does operating within a country, they do not have full autonomy. Same reason WoW in China had to die.
That is an entirely different âissueâ.
In your case the government is actively blocking access to certain media. In most civilized countries LGTBQZERTYw/e isnât restricted. IF anything those people restrict others from having a different opinion but thatâs an entirely different discussion.
TL:DR, you canât play official wow, a popular private server might be an option.
What even is this âargumentâ? Youre not a âcommunityâ. Youre citizens of a country that is being sanctioned by the US Government while also residing within said country. And thats the magic word: Sanctioned. Blizzard has no word in this decision whatsoever.
Blizzard is an US based company which forces them to obey US law whether they want to or not on top of the laws of the areas they want to do business in.

That was not because of sanctions though but because they couldnât figure out an agreement with net ease as to make business in China you have to do it over a Chinese company.
Sorry I should have been more clear, I did not mean it died due too sanctions, I meant it had to die because a company had to follow the rules of the country (this case China)
The matter isnt in blizzzrds controls. The government have put these blocks in place and blizzard would be shut down for going behind their backs.
This isnt. Matter a gaming studio can solve, LGBT is not the same argument either, that was over persicution of what people thought of minorities, this is a political factor thats been put in by the government.
Only governments could fix this, and im afraid u wont reach them on this platform. Blizzard aint gonna go ahead and try to talk to governments. Their simply not legally equipt to.
International sanctions imposed by Governments, these are not imposed by companies themselves.
Blizzard canât take payments if their banks wonât accept the money from those sanctioned countries either.

Ah yeah, I remember talking to some Iranian players ingame years ago and I remember their exasperation.
Sadly as other pointed out, these sanctions are forced by governments.

Like russia ? yeah stop sticking your pointy noses into other countries maybe then you wont have sanctions That makes Your+Iran have less effective Army and break your economy .
Imagine germans Crying they cant play wow during WW2 while their army marches across all EU quite doubel standarts isnât it ? its probably better to have sanctions instread of iranian drones flying into your House
