I just lost 44 Bronze Celebration Tokens when I wanted to transfer them. The transaction is in the transfer log, but the tokens are nowhere on my warband.
Same as yok have a problem 51 Token was lost. Any solutions for that ?
Today I did transfer 51 Token. But it was lost.
Theres already a thread about this issue:
Might be worth keeping all the posts together in one thread, rather than everyone scattering multiple threads across the forums.
Yeah. You ara right. Sorry for that. But i looking solutions.
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
We’ve seen other reports of this and are investigating, though haven’t confirmed any issues at the moment.
If you do see this, please make sure you send along the details in an in-game bug report, including time frame and character details.
Just to reassure people and state the obvious; this certainly doesn’t happen every time to every person.
After seeing that this possibility existed, I was pretty worried about transferring tokens to get my first Anniversary transmog (yes, the Judgment set, lol) and took screenshots of the process in case anything went wrong…
…but all went well. Phew.
I certainly hope this gets sorted out soon for those that were affected by it.
This happened to me today.
Transferred 17 Bronze currency from one char to another, gone.
Just lost 85 Bronze Anniversary Token after transferring between two of my characters.
awww geez…glad I came across this thread before trying this out…
Currency transfer has been lagging the whole weekend as much as the rest of the open world zones (only a small 5 second delay in low traffic areas). It would transfer a minute or two after initiating the command. I tried with small numbers only but some stuff did get lost if god forbid you decided to log off or got disconnected before it finished.
I’ve submitted a ticket a week ago, but I’m not getting any help! My 8,150 Timewarped Badges still haven’t been restored, and now I have lost bronze tokens in-game! I know Blizzard isn’t a company that can’t handle fixing issues like this. My trust is starting to fade.
