As we have seen interracial relationships exist between some races, it opens up possibility for all races can find some from every other race attractive.

Ogres
Orcs
Draenei
So, we can infer two scenarios from this.
Scenario 1. Orcs will put the moves on any race that can form sentences of two or more words, because Ogres, Orcs and Draenei were the sentient races of Draenor. Aka they had no standards above “not food”.
Scenario 2: They like 'em big and juicy.
Scenario 1 means female blood elves are in luck!
Scenario 2 means Thrall will remain a poster on every teenage blood elf’s wall, but they’ll never get his attention in return.

The opposite, i doubt a Blood Elf would ever find those smelly, disgusting, stupid brutes anything near close to attractive.

While High/Blood Elves are known for going after other races, most of the time it’s Humans.
What about Arakkoa then? Too many feathers?
Considering Garona looks like a skinny Orc and Lantresor looks like any regular Orc I doubt they’d look much different with Belf DNA.
Not even Draenei DNA can help them.

There’s also the Botani I guess, but I doubt if they’re even compatible.
