A guildmate told me that Blizzard said/plan to remove all restrictions for race/class combination! Is this true? And if yes does anyone has any link to the source/interview or something?
I am really interested in this change and hope they do this soon… (well real soon, not Blizzard soon…)

I know some are upset for lore reasons but I think it’s much nicer when you can be any race.

I doubt we will get demon hunters, and pretty certain they wont give out evokers.
I really hope that for the remaining classes, if they do roll them out to every race, that they provide real and decent lore to back it up.
I gete that lorewise, my new Lightforged Warlock makes no sense. But I’ve been dreaming of playing a Draenei Warlock (and rogue! which I also now have!) since TBC.
I love the new changes and I’m glad to see more love spread between all races.
I would love a Gnome Paladin, so I’m willing to sacrifice any/all lore for that 
I agree. Aesthetically it’s non-sense, but lorewise warlocks are their own “faction” from what I know, so they can be any race for sure. With lightforged it’s weird, but it’s not impossible that one got lost in the millenia-long battle against the legion and went “rogue” becoming a warlock…
Blizzard can always give class options to all races and make new lore to back them up.
I was pretty disappointed when the warlock questline did not answer any questions about lightforged warlocks, even while staring a lightforged warlock.

Doesn’t blood elf druid make a lot of sense though with these orange sun animals everywhere and one of the butterfly looking things as flightform 
I’m still of the opinion that Tauren rogues are ridiculous. Cringe when I see one in a dungeon.
The thought of it gets me all excited, I’ve been waiting YEARS for this!
well you guys complain all the time that blood elves are everywhere!! At least now let us “hide” in various forms, so you do not have to see us all time!!

Yeah, it would be cool in general to see druids for various races. Like a gnome mechadruid, or an undead druid with zombie bear form lol
I can see them doing a big rework to druids with unlocking them for all races and a new night elf capital city, if we have a patch about the green dragonflight, emerald dream, etc.
If Lightforged can be Warlocks, I don’t see why they wouldn’t remove race restrictions. 
I hope it all gets lifted, along with any faction restrictions! I want to be a Worgen Paladin and hang out in Orgrimmar.
apparently they are doing but there should be some limits. eg undead or velf pally
