Do tower timers in av reset when they recap or not, i thought they didnt, ppl tell me they reset

i see ppl cap a tower ansd it goes downa fter less than 20s, how is that resetting the timer

Not possible, once you recap the towers, they do reset and you have to wait the entire time again if you recap them.
