Yeah, patch goes live on the 10th with ICC opening on the 12th should be fun, looking forward to the dungeon finder as I play during the night when there’s not many online, hopefully it will help.

October 12th… but that’s for the US. For us on the EU servers it’s literally midnight 12th going to the 13th. So unless your raid time is at 00:00 hours your best bet is the 13th for your first run 
Thats the raid not the phase, phase will be on patch day (Wednesday)
The patch will be online after maintenance on Wednesday 11th, that is new dungeons, RDF, vendors etc. Icecrown Citadel raid opens on midnight between Thursday 12th and Friday 13th (and judging by previous patches, it may be virtually un-enterable for several hours after that.

They did 2 videos for TOGC and we’re a week out from the most anticipated raid in WoW history and radio silence.
Can’t make this stuff up, what a sad way to maintain this game.
