Do you have your Horde Blood Elf as a Void Elf in alliance?

Doral ana’diel?

I just unlocked Void Elves and realized that since Void Elves are exiled Blood Elves, the “storyline” of having an Alliance Void Elf called Velendeyn makes quite a bit of sense to me. It’s basically the same character, who chose a different path in an alternate universe / or in the future.

Does anyone else do this with their Blood Elves & Void Elves?

Not me.

I only Roleplay a High elf Ranger from Highvale (hinterlands) and I also have a High elf warrior from the Silver covenant, mainly because of the tabard I unlocked.

I also Roleplay a Voidy void elf Warlock with long flowing black hair that covers half her face and blue skin.

As for Blood elves I rarely see anyone role playing them. However, it might be possible. In Tologrus Rift you do see Alliance blood elves who are interested in learning the void and it’s mysterious, though keep in mind they might be small in number. I also wanted to add that Void elves don’t have green or gold eyes which makes roleplaying blood elves a bit more difficult.

Yes! I have a Void Elf, the same as my Main. It doesn’t really get played except when a friend who plays alliance is online.

The voice is really annoying.

No, I don’t.
But then again; both my blood elf and void elf are alts that I hardly ever play.

RP wise I have a blood elf with a carbon copy “void elf” to go into alliance zones undercover disguised as a Quel’dorei as opposed to a Sin’dorei. The “void elf” version wears a hood to hide her face and isn’t openly a blood elf.

Nope. Stopped being a blood elf when Rommath became a hypocrite and took away my apartment keys :frowning: To hell with him and his boss.

Nope. :expressionless:

No, but I have successfully infiltrated the Horde as a Gnome disguised as an Orc.

The Horde are clueless and suspect nothing. I’m that good

They are not

Technically, from blood elves there only magister Umbric, but all void elves - are high elves who pledging themselves to the void under Alleria and Umbric lead

That’s not true. I played the Void elf intro and from my memory Magister Umbric and his elves who joined him are all green eyed blood elves exiled from Silvermoon. Ended up in the Ghostlands and later Telogrus rift who got into an accident that changed their skin to blue and gave them tentacles.

Later on High elves curious about the void joined (you see them in Telogrus) and they are the natural skinned blue eyed “void” elves we have today, along with Alleria of course.

Evil twins, experiment gone wrong, alternate universes (determined by alternate servers) why not? Only issue is I can’t play a Paladin as a velf so it wouldn’t really be the same person to me.

True!

In a nutshell, Umbric and his Sin’dorei followers (mostly researchers, magic users etc) were using Dar’khan’s research to look into the Void.

They were exiled from Silvermoon and went into hiding in the Ghostlands. From there, they found their way into the Telogrus rift.

Once there, a Nether Prince and his merry void beings, imprisoned and started to forcibly corrupt the Sin’dorei and would have got away with it too, if it wasn’t those meddling kids (Alleria and the hero, who arrived in time to save the now blueberry Sin’dorei)

They were only corrupted visually and managed to retain most of their mind (constant whispers being the mental corruption. And no Void elves do not have a high/blood elf form and before anyone goes AlLeRiA dOeS, she is 1) a named character and an important one and 2) corrupted in an entirely different way. Umbric doesn’t have an alternate form nor should any other Velf, unless of course they are suggesting they are somehow more powerful/less corrupted than Umbric)

But are now totally OP, they are masters of the Void. Alleria and locus walker teach you to control and use your abilities (meaning no, no Velf should be at risk of going insane and if they did, well thats bad bad news. You are literally taught what you need to know)

Exiled entirely, they ask the Alliance for refuge. Get it, but are asked to pledge themselves to the Alliance military and to further the Alliance causes wherever needed. (Which is why Ren’dorei civilians are not a thing, nor are criminals its a 100% military/research race. With no lore way od actually creating more atm.)

There are uncorrupted High/blood elves on Telogrus though, either researching themselves, or searching for a way to make more.

It’d look odd, to be honest.

A warrior of the Light who turns to the Void for great power…? Doesn’t quite add up lorewise.

Otherwise? Yes, have a belf and velf Dunkiee, and I even split my activities between them.

This one does the endgame and the rougher transmog runs, the velf collects mogs and mounts on AD and roleplays sometimes.

Is a nice experience :innocent:

Shadow Paladins should be a thiiinnnng.

looks at Holy Cows Tauren Paladins

Now that you mention it…:thinking:

Can’t, really. There is the issue that void elves can’t be Paladins yet.

Imgur was down :c But yes… This be my void elfy

I don’t, but Nedra is the little sister of my Blood Elf warlock that I’ve been playing with since TBC. This character was among the first generation of Void Elves, so she’s never been part of the Horde.
