I always raid with my guild but we’re not enough for 25-man so we pug 8-10 people per week. We just announce that they should have pre-raid gear & then we explain short and basic what to do before boss pulls. Naxx for example is so simple mechanics wise so there’s not much that needs to be explained anyway lol.
