I currently have 5.82 crit cap 228 NR (no buffs) and 91 crush cap with holy shield active, Do i need the 102 crush cap or since he only does nature damage i’m fine as is?

Magic resist mob to tank don’t crush, but they can crit.
Soft cap is 244 resist buff (point where all is mitigated by 25% minimum), hard cap is 365 buff (only up the chance to resist more than 25% but with RNG you can still be unlucky and have only 25% mitigation for a whole periode of fight).
Elem boss hit with magic damage in melee too, can be dodge/parried but not block, so holy shield useless keep your mana and GCD.

This number not from me so i don’t know, but according to drood discord at 244 it’s soft cap all hit is mitigated by 25% at minimum, you never take a 100% damage hit.

365 is hard cap so you need 2/3 of 365 hard cap for pushing out of hit table full it that the reason they give.
365*0.667 = 244 resistance
According to this it’s 292
