I play WoW because I see it as the best source of a mmorpg ofcourse. If it fell too far Iād likely look for alternatives.
A major problem id have however is finding a mmorpg which offers as much as wow does. The only real competitions are GW2, ESO and FFXIV.
And none of them offer near as much PvE content as WoW does. Although Iād argue GW2 and ESO both do PvP better then wow.
What games? Out of curiousity. No bashing intended.
I just really havenāt seen any good games launch for quite a while now. Espically not mmorpgs.
Right now because of lack of alternatives. Classic, tbc, lk, Panda and Legion because they where awesome!!!
Once the pandemic is over and life outside comes back I might quite just because the game is so alt unfriendly and that is my main āhookā to the game.

- nioh 2 (i do every single mission, itās just so much fun)
- halo Master chief collection in co-op
- super meat boy forever
- VR games (but mostly for workout , Beatsaber and pistol whip , 10kg less is pretty nice over 2 months)
- blasphemous with all dlc

Well iām gonna unsub soon after this monthās over if they donāt get their #Ā¤%&% together and apologises for Warcraft 3 reforged. And if i get banned for mentioning warcraft 3 reforged thatāll just prove my point.

I donāt play any other games other than WoW. Iām not big into games, WoW has just always been that one game I got into and couldnāt get away from it.
I like the story of WoW and how thereās so many zones to explore - If youāre in the mood to play it you can be occupied for a good few hours (IMO).
Iām kind feeling at the moment a bit burned out, so Iām taking a step back for a whileā¦ no doubt Iāll return very soon! I think the reason I feel like this is I played so much over lockdown.
Restrictions are slowly starting to ease where I live so I guess Iāll see what happens 
I donāt play any other games than WoW. Iāve tried out different RPGās that I loved very much (Dragon Age, Divinity) and Iāve dipping my toes into Valheim. Still not super convinced, but Iāve only played it for a few hours so Iām sure Iāll get into it!
WoW is just something Iāve always played. Itās been a part of my life for 10+ years now, so itās a little hard to let it go.

I mean, I like WoW the most out of all mmorpgās Iāve played even though it has its flaws. I have over 1200 days /played combined over my characters.
I only play WoW and havenāt tried many other MMOs (just Final Fantasy 14 which I found really overwhelming and clunky).
My boyfriend (now husband) introduced me to WoW and Iād only be likely to leave if he found another MMO to get heavily invested in. Heās very interested in Ashes of Creation so will maybe end up jumping ship for that game. Having made a lot of friends in WoW, and having invested an awful lot of time in the game, I would be somewhat resistant to change to a new game, but spending time together is the most important thing.
Also thereās some kind of weird aberration that sounds and looks suspiciously like Ion, that lives in my closet and he says we canāt be friends unless I play World of Warcraftā¦
My hands are tied man.
Basically, WoW still feels the best to play.
Swtor almost had me but the world oddly enough feels linear.
I play retail because itās the same sub than classic. Even if i find SL has the best of three last extensions start (Legion and BFA were both terrible in my eye, SL is somewhat okish), without classic i wouldnāt just have touch it.
I tried FFXIV some year ago, it didnāt click for me. I have GW 2 and some extensions, sometime i play one month and forget it soon after. ESO tried in beta, was an horrible experience, maybe i should give another try, now it should be in a better state.
The only alternative to wow on a short period of time is BC
News world seems pvp oriented, and i dontā care about pvp, I will probably test Ashe of Creation but iām unusure it will have enough pve for me and riot mmo is far far away.

If there was a WoW Arena/RBG Edition Iād play that, yes.
A game where I can enjoy arena/rbg gameplay without having to worry about gear and class balancing.
You can just create a max. lvl char with full gear and hop into arenas. Weekly balancing patches would be nice too.
Bottom line - yes, if there was an alternative, Iād rather play that.
(Please donāt suggest me to go play a Mobaā¦ I didā¦ not the same)
