They don’t need to be beautiful but it irritates me that some accessory options give you the most awful nose. It is more the shading though. I would love some scheming or angry looking faces.

I agree with you 100% on this.
I’m a Goblin and what made me ‘cute’ was my ugliness - the so ugly it’s beautiful scenario. I just don’t want to look like a Disney creation
