That’s the best justification I’ve seen so far
Considering that the Zandalari was present in Northrend to document the fall of the Drakkari Empire, during Cataclysm to re-establish a global troll empire, and on the Isle of Thunder to ressurect Lei Shen. It’s very much within the realms of possibility that -a- Zandalari was spared by the Shado-pan, and taught the Pandaren way of harmony thus becomming a Zandalari Monk
Hell that sounds like a perfectly decent character backstory, feel free to use it for RP
Unpopular opinion:
It’s quite possible, yes. I don’t think Pandaren are, despite having hefty enemies with the Zandalari, are too bloodthirsty enough to consider all Zandalari as enemies.
Especially if said Zandalari takes all punishments to the face and then grows to take in their culture.
Kung-Fu Zanda!
I wouldn’t be surprised if that would be a thing Zandalari are known from adapting and learning.
If they learned how to wield arcane magic just by seeing mogu doing it then it’s very Likely that they made their own version of monks.
Jaguar warriors are fighting in close combat - using fist weapons and using concoctions to enhance their performance. And they all leap if I remember correctly.
Wouldn’t be so hard to connect the dots here either. I guess, unless you’re a stickler desperate for NPC representation in which case, good luck with it… D:
But yeah, Jaguar Warrior could just mean = Kimbul Monkhoods.
Yeah this one would be best option to work around with in contrary to “Zandalari monks make no sense!”.
Remember that Zul and the Zandalari went to Pandaria once, where the Pandarian’s training Monk MA.
As for being Pandaren style monk, really doesn’t unless a special case
If their powers being loa things, much more makes sense and is cool
