On my main I did all quests in TWW. My alts I mainly use for professions & playing dungeons . Do they need to finish campaigns as well?
No.
You can level them with dungeons, sidequests, world quests, whatever.
When your alt hits 80, talk to Brann in Dornogal near the Flight Master. He will provide a campaign skip.
