If you do, what brackets? 30 2s games and I have got zero so far on a new alt whose had 3 sparks in total.

I equipped an alt two weeks ago exclusively with arena and had 6 sparks in no time. I played all brackets to equip, started with shuffle though. I think I even got a spark from skirmish, but not 100% sure about that as I just realized later that I had another one.
Other way even if you hate it, you can go into LFR and get a splinter from almost every boss until you catch up…
Hm maybe its just 2s that is bad or my character is bugged

I haven’t done anything other than 2s and the quests that give one in the boxes
They seem to drop 100% from malicias horde which is the box from one of the weekly pvp quests given by malicia in the pvp room.
PvP weekly quests have 100% drop until you reach cap of Sparks. I found that bgs are also more likely to drop them
Got some from bg and even skirmish, as well as rated pvp.
So after the first week my alt rogue now has like 4 crafted pieces. Sparks came from everything pretty easily this week compared to last week…Dunno, maybe there’s some bug between resets if you have just done the initial quest or maybe I was insanely unlucky.
Also just lol at how easy it is to gear a character now - the start is brutal but it doesn’t take long at all.
