I’m working on getting BFA pathfinder and need to do 100 different world quests. But as many of them are annoying I definitely don’t feel like doing the same one twice. I’d appreciate a way to know if I’ve completed world quests or not, would preferably be a fast way to check like an addon and not checking each quest individually.
Not sure if there’s any sort of tracker or addon for it, so if you can spare the time I’d recommend you just do all that pop up - but honestly, it might not have to be a different one.
As in, it’s like completing 100 WQs total. I might be wrong though.
I mean if it was then I’d just do a lot of Tortollan quests because that’s the faction I still need revered with. But After doing only those for a few days I noticed my progression on the other achievement doesn’t go up.
So yeah pretty sure I need 100 unique ones, but since I don’t really need most of their rewards and how annoying they are the idea of doing some without the counter going up is really demotivating.
I am 99% sure there are not 100 different BfA world quests.
Just do 100. Your achievement tracker should show you where you’re currently at, so you can intentionally do one you remember doing before and see if it ticks up
This.
The instruction for the achievement is
"Complete 100 different World Quests in Kul Tiras and Zandalar. "
but I am quite sure it just means complete 100 WQ.
EDIT: Oh. According to Wowhead there are in fact 345 WQ do-able by Alliance:
So maybe I’m wrong
Wowhead actually splits them by type, so if you include rare, elite, rare elite, faction assault and tortollan (because apparently that deserves a different category) world quests you get around 700 of them. Now I don’t know if Nazjatar or warfront ones even count, but the majority of those are in Kul Tiras and Zandalar.
And all of that is not counting profession and battle pets ones.
Note that there are 6 different Beachhead quests (one for each zone) and so I can understand why one would think there aren’t enough unique quests.
Anyway I think I’ll resolve to just open the active world quest map on wowhead and checking each quest. It might be annoying to do it manually for each quest but still better than trying to do each one.
think really hard and don’t forget to report me, friends.
I think if you exalted with all factions then you will auto get that achievement.
I don’t know if you’re serious or joking, but getting all factions to exalted would likely involve doing more than 100 unique world quests.
Anyway I got the achievement and I can say that checking quest completion doesn’t really work at all. It just shows if you completed it in the current rotation which is pretty useless.
The wowhead comment section of the achievement mentions a few addons that can track your progression, but as they only track quests you’ve done after you started using them it wasn’t very useful to me and I didn’t even bother checking if they’re up to date.
