I really find this a useful talent, as I can start it just before the battle and don’t blow a gcd on a stun mid fight,
wanted to hear other people’s opinions
Abhorrent talent, don’t pick it, ever.
Like, never. It sucks, it’s the worst talent in the game. There’s not a worse talent, no sir. Nobody should never invite Dead of Winter at parties and just let it fix its life before we even consider picking it again.
Increases the cool down of one of your strongest (if not the strongest) skill we have right now by 25 seconds, reduces its radius and HAS to hit the target 5 times for a measly 4 second stun.
I think it’s honestly a genuine attempt from Blizzard at trolling us.
Bad design.

It’s good for zero-mastery builds and nothing else because with no mastery it is more efficient to just use more obliterates.
There is no viable zero mastery build in PvP.

Yes, the talent is kind of useless, Frost is all about cleave in PvP. this increases one of your main Cleave abilities by quite a bit.
The issue with the talent is that you need a really specific build to use it, like REALLY specific.
for that reason it just isn’t well designed even if it does technically have a good effect, allowing you to stun every 22.5 seconds rather than 45 seconds.
