Does Burn to Ashes effect Fire and Brimstone?

Does Burn to Ashes buff the additional Incinerates from Fire & Brimstone?

Im pretty sure it does, becouse the F&B damage is a % of your incinerate damage. If your incinerate damage is boosted (like Burn to Ashes for example), F&B should increase its damage aswell.

If incinerate damage goes from 1.000 to 1300 damage with BtA, F&B damage should be the % of that 1300.
