as in the title - does it proc if I put it on healer, or does it proc off offensive spells only?
I can’t speak from experience but looking at the tooltip, I’d say it works with any critical hit regardless of source, not just spells or offensive spells (even though it only buffs spell crit chance).
When the target critically hits your Intellect and chance to critically hit with spells is increased by 5% for 10 sec.
I risked and tested it in my today’s M+ run and put it on the holy priest and I had close to 100% uptime so I assume it has to work with heals ;p
And before any1 says that IF or RoP is a better choice - not to me, I severely lack crit and it actually improves my dps more than RoP or IF can lel
