I remember back in the day you needed extra percentage of haste for one more tick on HOT. But i know its not like that anymore, I wanna know if there is any way Haste increases your direct HoT healing
Haste for hots or dots always meant more ticks in the same duration meaning more damage and this is valid even today as dots are not shorter on enemies when you get more haste.
