You just gotta accept that Alliance-aligned elves may get vaporised. Or reeducated! The Sunfury Spire does a wonderful session with arcane electrodes strapped to your head.

High Elf RP is definitely alive! A lot of is spread out with you know, individual High Elves in different guilds not really focused around High Elf RP in particular. For very specific High Elf RP I too can only repeat what people have already said above! I’ve heard of Highvale but never interacted with them personally but they should surely be worth a peek. Then there is the Azure Dawn who I am on a campaign with at this very moment and they are definitely cool people. Good luck!
