Does "low-level" exist in Shadowlands?

Before Shadowlands was launched, a high level player could one-hit kill lower level mobs in both zones and instances. Can that still happen in Shadowlands, or has it changed with the level squish and Chromie Time?

It can still happen. I’m not sure exactly what the levels are where a 60 can one-shot a lower level mob, but it ie definitely above 30.

Nope, but I am busy tring to avoid doing the stuff I know I should be doing in Shadowlands, so I sorta made one.

Mage level 60. Using unbuffed Ice Lance. Removed trinks and talents that procced anything, as far as I could. Ignored crits, so numbers are for noirmal hits only.

Ice Lance, unbuffed, is a very weak attack.

My observations is that even a very weak attack from a Level 60 one-shots almost everything outside an instance below Legion.
