Does my Turtle have mould?

Terrorpene is the fire-turtle from Firelands. His shell is glowing red with molten heat.

Except not mine.

This malady has not infected any of my other pets. Just Terrorpene. And that matters because Terrorpene is the one I want to use most.

When I dismiss him, the green tinge fades in the second before he disappears, showing his natural glowy colour. But the green is back when I re-summon him.

I have tried fully resetting my UI, and using various Graphics settings from 1 to 10. The same effect persists. It is also on the PTR.

He has no buffs or debuffs, and this effect has been on for a couple of months now.

I have a vague sense that I’ve seen this phenomenon before, but I can’t place it.

Can anyone help?

Did it do the green fire quest while you were logged out?

He’s a good turtle. He knows not to mess wit da voodoo … or the demonic.

Thinks the turtle respecced to the warlock class.
