Sure but we do not have 10 times more player suddenly, right? And one important thing you are missing is, that the rating automatically inflates. I cannot remember the exact value but each week you get passively 10 or 15 more mmr without doing anything. That means that the longer a season continues, the higher the overall rating gets.

Unfortunately I cannot find a ladder overview of the last season, but the cutoff for r1 last season was only 100 rating higher than now, if the estimated values for the current cutoff are correct.

And above all, the difference in the top10 is extreme at the moment. Rank 1 is close to 3,400 while rank 9 is already 150 rating below that. In this regard it is very questionable to conclude from the first place to the whole ladder or that the player base has significantly increased!

I will ignore the rest of your toxicity and chalk it up as a youthful imbalance.

You know that they play in the meta at the top, they still need to be above others in skill to stand out. Since they play woth top tier combs against as well top tier combs, so basically its irrelevant at this lvl what you actually play. Top tier players are top tier players

Those tips to get r1

  • Wow has to be the number one priority in your life
  • play a broken spec like dh, mage, rogue, destro

  • u have to arenas all day long
  • make sure that ur health sanity is ok
  • minimum 130 iq requiered*

#1 at 3,400 rating is inflationary? What was the top rating in the off seasons that have always less player? I think last season it was 3350 in the end? So if you are not Jito’s little brother, stop trolling.

Yes u right, but r1 who doesn’t need to play so much is extremely rare because of gear dependant, u’ve to farm pve even r1 can’t reach the top without gear.

Yes, u can play less if you play only 1 character + r1 ppl have knowledge.
I mean it’s easier to get a second rank 1 after completed once.
