Does Reaching Level 80 require TWW in Legion Remix?

Does reaching Level 80 in Legion Remix require TWW or is just a basic subscription enough?

Legion Remix doesn’t require TWW, the cap is level 80 in it. But your character after is dropped to the level 70 cap of DF.
